TERMS OF SERVICE — CleanProposal

By using CleanProposal, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

CleanProposal provides a web-based tool to create one-page business proposal PDFs. We offer a Free plan and paid plans (Starter $5/mo, Pro $9/mo).

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email address to use CleanProposal. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. One account per person.

You own the content you create in CleanProposal. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you.

5. Payments and refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime — your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. We offer refunds within 7 days of a charge if you contact us and have not used the paid features.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may update or modify the service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by email.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

CleanProposal is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that proposals created with our tool will be legally binding or enforceable. Always consult a legal professional for legally binding contracts.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanProposal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation first; if unresolved, through the courts of the jurisdiction where CleanProposal is registered.
